Q: Will my item look exactly like the picture?

A: Each item is handmade, so there may be a slight variation with each product. However, we guarantee to create a product that you are sure to enjoy!

Q: Is the wood stained on the items? Such as the cutting boards, coasters and charcuterie boards?

A: We only use solid quality wood on our coasters and boards.

Q: Are the wood products dishwasher safe?

A: We recommend that you only hand wash your boards and/or coasters. Handwashing will help preserve the wood work for years to come. You can put them in the dishwasher occasionally - just not daily.

Q: How can I personalize my order?

A: We strongly encorage personalizing your or order. Simply write a detailed message in the note box at check out. Have something very specific? Please email usWe will respond to your message within 24-48 hours. 

Q: How can I purchase items from your local collection?

A: As of now, we are only fulfilling local (Savannah, Richmond Hill, Atlanta, Jacksonville and Orlando) orders from our custom furniture collection. 

 

SHIPPING

Q: How long will it take for my order to process?

A: Please allow us 8 - 10 business days to process your order. For Local custom orders such as furniture, your processing times will be discussed when your order is placed.

Q: How soon can I expect my order?

A: Standard Shipping can take up 5 - 7 business days.

Q: Which shipping carrier do you use?

A: All shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS)

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: After placing your order, you will receive confirmation via email. A link will be provided with a TRACKING NUMBER for your convenience.  You will be able to click the hyperlink and see the estimated delivery time for you to receive your order.

 

REFUND POLICY

Q: Are my items refundable?

A: Since all items are made to order and customized, all sales are final. Additionally, no exchanges can be made. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your product after three days upon receiving it,  please email us - to further discuss the nature of your issue.

Q: How can I cancel my purchase?

A: If your order has already shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel your purchase. However, if you purchased an item mistakenly and you wish to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible.

Q: What happens if I do not like my products?

A: At Products by Grace we are confident you will love your products, but in the event you do not please email us to discuss.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site?

A: Yes! We understand your personal security and safety is of paramount importance. As affiliates of Shopify Payments, we adhere to the strict electronic and physical measures to protect your devices and credit/debit card information from unauthorized access. 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Currently, we accept Apple Pay, Pay Pal and Credit/Debit card payment through Shopify Payments for all orders. 

Q: I have a query or issue with my purchase.

A: Please email us and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
